How To Make It
- Part hair down the center or slightly off-center.
- Gather a small 1-inch section from the front hairline on one side and secure with a mini elastic at the root.
- Move down 1.5 inches, place a second elastic, then gently tug outward on the hair between the two elastics to expand it into a rounded bubble shape.
- Repeat down the length of the section (usually 2-3 bubbles for short hair).
- Duplicate the exact procedure on the opposite side.
